October 14, 2019 SEWA trains 70 UoS students at Al Layyah power plant

Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (SEWA), under the leadership of His Excellency Dr. Eng. Rashid Al Leem, Chairman of SEWA, received at Al Layyah power plant 70 students from the College of Engineering, majoring in Sustainable and Renewable Energy Engineering at the University of Sharjah (UoS), in the aims of training and educating them with the different projects carried under SEWA. His Excellency Dr. Eng. Rashid Al Leem, Chairman of SEWA, highlighted SEWA’s aim to provide university students throughout the United Arab Emirates with specialised technical skills necessary to be professional engineers, this comes within the framework of the cooperation with all institutions of society, especially educational institutions in order to improve the level of graduates, especially in engineering and technical disciplines.
