May 18, 2019 SEWA’s training plan targets 1400 employees and students

Such programmes contribute to the development of performance and the promotion of competitiveness as well as the achievement of strategic objectives, in the framework of the Authority's quest to be one of the best global bodies. 

Dr. Eng. Rashid Al Leem, Chairman of Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (SEWA), said that the Authority adopts a consistent strategy and a detailed work plan under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to ensure the provision of the best training programmes for employees inside and outside the country. 

The Chairman of SEWA said that the Authority will provide training services to various departments and institutions in the Emirate of Sharjah. 

For her part, Bodour Al Nakhi, the head of training section at SEWA said that SEWA's plan for 2019 includes a number of excellent training courses. The training plan has been implemented and more than 120 employees have benefited from it in addition to 110 students from various educational institutions. 

Al-Nakhi pointed out that the training academy in the Authority includes two training rooms; each hall can accommodate 40 trainees.
