We’re Pleased to announce that SEWA provides multiple channels to refund your balance security deposit amount upon closing your SEWA services account, which are as follows.


  • Refund Security Deposit via IBAN
  • Refund security Deposit via Cheque


Please follow below steps to obtain the service

  • Please approach Sharjah Municipality to obtain NOC.
  • Contact the concerned customer service center along with the original deposit receipt otherwise Deposit Duplicate receipt shall be issued.
  • Fill up require refund service request form as per your choice if opted IBAN then Please provide IBAN proof whether by as official document issued or a screenshot from your online bank account showing customer name and IBAN no or a copy of the ID in the event if opted via Cheque refund.
  • Payment of amount exceeding security deposit value through cash or credit card, if any.
  • The clearance certificate shall be dispatch immediately through SMS link upon approval of Account Closing case from audit.
  • Balance security deposit shall be credited into the customer Bank account within two hours upon selecting IBAN, and if in case opted via Cheque Refund, the concerned customer service center shall be approached.
