SEWA is always committed to provide high quality supply of electricity, water and natural gas, as well as bottled water service rendered by Zulal Water Factory, and satisfy the needs of our customers. In line with keen interest of SEWA to provide reliable and convenient services, modern computerized facilities with state-of –the-art technologies have been established at its 6 customer care centers located in (Industrial Area, Halwan, Al Mareejah, Al Jazat, Al Qassimia, Al Majaz and Al Taawun) along with its main office in Sharjah City to facilitate the routine transactions of our customers. In this effect, SEWA enabled bill payment through Empost. In addition to that, SEWA launched its on-line bill payment and presentation service on its website with its new look in order to ease up the process of bill payment and presentation for our customers. This new step comes as a continuation of the initiated steps in this area, which includes the payment of consumption bills through 17 major banks in addition to facilitating the communication between SEWE and the public through SMS system. In this effect new bill payment facilities were introduced at various malls, shopping centers and cooperative societies throughout the city and tow additional collection offices were opened at the premises of Al Qarain Cooperative Society and Al Batayah Municipality to enable our customers to easily and conveniently pay their utility bills. Zulal Water Factory:
Under the visionary leadership of His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, member of Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah who devotes prime attention to provision of high quality services to the public and maintenance of the public health, SEWA established Zulal Water Factory in 1995 to produce bottled drinking water in different packages as per the most advanced international standards and specifications and deliver the products to the customers at their premises, companies, corporations, government departments and authorities. The factory also offers also heaters/coolers as well as 5 gallons bottles for sale As part of Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority policy of providing the superlative service with the highest quality services for its customers and with the consideration of the public health, Zulal water factory was established as a non-profit governmental firm to produce and pack water using the highest international standards and with the most recent technology.

State-of-the-art technologies are used in purification and sterilization stages to maintain the public health and provide high quality water to the customers. The production process in filling, purification, sterilization and packing plant is based on full automation and most advanced international techniques. Due to its high quality and purity, Zulal products have gained a good response from the customers. Through the continuous modernization and development process, Zulal Factory maintains the quality of its product and enhances its reputations.

Zulal Water Factory has acquired the International Standardization Organization ISO 9001 and in the process to get HACCP certificate.
