Dear Sir,

Due to a change in the consumer numbers in  Customer Care System to the new Account numbers, Please follow the steps below to get your account number:

  1. Click Get your Account Number from E-Services Menu.
  2. Enter your Consumer Number (without the leading zeros) in the Consumer Number input box.
  3. Click to Get Account Number

Text your Consumer Number (SMS) to 6611

 

In line with SEWA's strive to communicate effectively with its customers and provide them with convenience and reliable e-services, the following on-line facilities are available on SEWA website.

Electronic Bill Payment Service:
The on-line payment service of SEWA bills was launched by the beginning 2007 for registered users with SEWA Online Account service. The registered user can use this easy and secure service to settle his monthly bills via credit cards (Visa or Master). SEWA Online Account Service:
