In line with its commitment to provide its customers with convenient services introduce and apply up-to-date technologies and solutions for its various e-services, Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority (SEWA) announces the launch of its first Smart Phones Application on Android and iOS platforms. Other smart phone applications will be also soon launched on Windows stores with aim of achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Eng. Atif Al Karrani, the Manager of the General Directorate of Information technology pointed out that the customers can download the new application form Google Play and Apple Store. He added that the new application will enable SEWA customer to access the following e-services:

                - Inquire and pay consumption bills

               - View Bills History

               - View Payments History

               - View SEWA bill payment channels and location.

               - Locate the nearest payment channel/location

               - Locate the relevant Customer Service Office through the A/C number.

               - Access to GPS Navigation to locate SEWA Head Office or any of its centers

               - Report faults. Relevant Photos & GPS Location Coordinates may be also sent.

               - Receive important notifications from SEWA

               - Read and share SEWA on news

According to Eng. Al Karrani, the main aim of launching SEWA e-services on smart phone applications is to provide the customers with convenient optional facilities and benefits.

On her part, Marwa Al Suwaidi, the Head of Website Development & E-services Unit the new application comes in line with SEWA strategy to develop its e-services on a regular and continuous basis and provide the customers with more state-of-the- art convenient services.
