Consultants:

- Letter with details of work to be carried out.
- Four sets of drawings mainly for Roads works showing Plot  No.s, Road names.

Contractors:

- Letter from Municipality (NOC).
- Request letter from the company with work details.
- Two sets of drawing with plot No.s, area name, & road name.

Miscellaneous (Others):

- Letter from the Municipality.
- Letter from the company with details of work to be carried out.
- Two sets of drawings with plot No.s & Area names.

Documents Required for Approval Outline Design

- Affection Plan with plot No. & Mulk No.
- Three sets of gas layout plan inside the building with details of gas meter room.

Documents Required for Gas Connection to Buildings.

- Application for Gas connection.
- Two copies of drawing approved by SEWA NGD.
- Gas contractor license issued by Municipality.
- Affection plan of the building.
- Building permission.
- Passport copy.
- Trade license (For factory shops).
