How to pay your bill through
the site?
You have to
be registered with SEWA
Online Account through
filling the online
registration in
order to use the e-Pay
service within this site. For
more details about
registering with SEWA Online
Account
click here.
The e-Pay
is available
only to registered SEWA
Online users and holders of
VISA and Master Cards
Steps followed to pay
through the website:
Note: Part Payment is not
allowed through SEWA Online
Payment
System. SEWA will be
charging 2.5% of the
outstanding SEWA Bill
Amount.

Go to the Current Bill
Page in the MY SEWA
Section
-
Click the Pay Checkbox
beside the Consumer
Number you wish to make
the payment.

Click the Pay button.

You will be directed to
another page , which
displays the Total
Amount to be paid ,
along with a Confirm
Button and Back Button.
(Press the Confirm
Button One time, if you
wish to continue with
the payment)

Once the Confirm button
is pressed , you will be
redirect to the Bank
Website.

Select the Credit Card
Payment Method (VISA or
Master)
-
Key in the Credit Card
Number , Expiry Date ,
And Three Digit Secure
Code mention on the
Credit Card and Click
Pay.

Once Pay Button is
clicked , you will be
redirected to another
page which displays the
status of the
Transaction either
Successful or Failed.

Finally you will be
Redirected to SEWA
Website, from where you
will be able to take a
print out of your
Transaction Receipt.
Note : Payment will be
updated on the next working
day.
