In line with SEWA's strive to communicate effectively with its consumers and provide them with convenience and reliable e-services, the following on-line facilities are available on SEWA website:

 

Electronic Bill Payment Service:
The on-line payment service of SEWA bills was launched by the beginning 2007 for registered users with SEWA Online Account service. The registered user can use this easy and secure service to settle his monthly bills via credit cards (Visa or Master).

 

Online Electronic Discussion:
SEWA officials will electronically reply to any inquires made by users who may also get replies through FAQ section. Click Here if you would like to send an enquiry through this service. 

 

Chat Service:
This service, which will be available for website members only, provides an on-line direct contact between the user and SEWA officials.

 

Sewa Online Account Service:
The Electronic MySewa Account Service provide full bill presentation, details about the related SEWA branch –office, online bill payment, update of the user's bio-data and direct electronic contact with the relevant SEWA staff.
