1- Achieving the excellence and the highest level of quality on electricity, water and gas services.

2- Keeping pace with state-of-the-art technologies to upgrade the offered services.

3- The development and emiratization of technical and administrative jobs.

4- The consumer is the prime concern of SEWA staff and all their efforts should be concentrated to satisfy their requirements in an efficient manner.

5- The full cooperation with the other utilities and bodies of electricity, water and gas services in the UAE, AGCC and other International levels.
