You have to pay the rest of the bill amount to avoid disconnection. |

today i was paying my sewa bill at etisalat ATM machine in Al qarain etisalat office branch i could not able to get reciept of full amount paid. I paid 600 but i got recpt of only 100dhs. balance 500 i shud get the reciept, may be it stuck inside te ATM machine. plz reply |

My water consumption in the bill shows zero and total amount for water is also zero. I think the meter is not working. So please check and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Once the transaction is done you can print the electronic receipt you get on the same page. |
