Has there been any increase in the SEWA bill units?
I made a payment of Aed 550 last month & the bill reading for this month is Aed 850.... Honestly I fail to understand the reason for such a huge bill amount...when the consumption remains the same. If you could plz check & revert

Dear Sir,
I am trying to pay online SEWA bill, but my bank system is responding that "incorrect amount". I have contacted my bank HSBC, and they say that I have to pay the exact amount as printed on bill. I am trying to pay the same amount which is mentioned in SEWA bill, but still the same response. Plesae guide me. |

I couldnt receive any SEWA bill for the month October 2008.I tried to contact Industrial area branch office on 065431073,but unfortunately nobody is there to attend my call.Pls inform me about my balance due. |

I have been inquired by our associate consultant in New York as to the NOC processes of of SEWA for water, electricity and gas for a university project in Sharjah.
Could you please guide me on this like design guidelines, NOC processMatrix, and turnaround period taken for approvals. This has relevance to a new educational development in the American University of Sharjah. This is a bit urgent, hence your response immediately would be appreciated.

Dear,
We donot have gas connection in our building but we are recieving continously AED 20 as service charges,
please suggest why? |

Our policy is whenever the building you live in has all gas installment including the gas meters, you will be charged for renting the meter even if you were not using the gas yet. For more details, please contact gas_connections@sewa.gov.ae |

Dear Sir Madam,
i have flat in Al waleed Bldg. (Al Khan Sharjah) Flat No. 808. SEWA Consumer No. 5300080842. for this flat i all ready paid depost Dhs. 100 dtd 301008 receipt no. 3478928 in SEWA office. but until now i not received gas connection.
please give your advice to further action.

Please could you send me last four months bill to my email ID. I was in the sharing accomadation and i need to finalize those amount with my roomates.
